The Custom Fit Process?
1. Have your Ear Impressions Taken
To create your custom fit ear plugs for shooting, we require silicone impressions of your ears. This can be done by either us, or your local audiologist such as Specsavers or Boots. Please note that we don’t charge for this, but other audiologists may. Ear Impressions will need to be sent to us.
2. Scanning and 3D Printing
Once Ear Impressions have been taken/received, we will manufacture your custom fit ear plugs for shooting by scanning the impressions and then 3D printing your bespoke product.
3. Packaging and Dispatch
Our custom fit ear plugs come with everything you need to fully enjoy and look after them. Once packaging has been completed, your product will be sent direct to you.
