The SWATCOM SC20s are Electronic Ear Plugs that enable you to hear your surroundings whilst having your hearing protected. This is achieved through innovative Electronic Active Listening Technology.
SNR (level of hearing protection):
- With Foam Eartips: 24 SNR
- With Silicone Eartips: 23 SNR
Available in two models, the Natural & Enhanced:
- Natural – Close to normal levels of hearing, you won’t feel like you’re wearing hearing protection at all.
- Enhanced – Boosts hearing beyond natural levels, ideal for hunters or those hard of hearing.
SC20’s come with 6 sets of replaceable ear tips – small, medium and large in both foam and silicone, they’re ready to use straight out of the box.
If you are interested in custom ear plugs for shooting, we also offer a custom mould just for the SC20.
Hearing protection no longer means living in silence, the SC20 brings you natural ambient awareness with exceptional noise suppression.
Ear tips: Ear canals are sensitive and each one is unique so we've provided a selection of sizes and materials. There are six ear tips to choose from to help you find the best fit for your unique ears. It will be necessary to change the ear tips from time to time - Never use a damaged ear tip.
Safety: The SC20N and SC20E hearing protection is engineered to combat both prolonged loud and impulse noise, so whether you’re running a printing press or firing a gun, the novo will suppress all harmful sounds.

Delivery
We ship our products worldwide, with varying costs and delivery time depending on the country.
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50
- We typically provide next day delivery to the UK and EU, provided the order is placed before 13:00 BST Monday – Thursday.
- US and Canada delivery estimate is normally 2-3 days.
- Everywhere else in the world can expect delivery within 7 days.
Returns
We offer a 30 day returns policy that adheres to the following conditions, as well as the rest of the conditions set out within our Terms & Conditions.
- You may cancel your order and return the items purchased to us by giving us notice of cancellation within 30 days of the date of delivery to you or your collection from a trade counter (as applicable). In relation to goods delivered to you, you may need to take delivery of the goods before you can cancel your order if the goods are placed into our delivery process before we receive your notice of cancellation. Where your order comprises multiple delivery shipments, the 30 day cancellation period for the goods in your order runs from the date of the delivery of the last shipment to you.
- On cancellation for whatever reason, where you have received the goods you must return the goods to us (together with the original packaging) without undue delay and in any event within 14 days after the day of the cancellation at your cost, unless we agree that you may dispose of them, in which case please comply with the manufacturer’s instructions before disposing of hazardous goods.
